This was removed from an operational iPhone 11 Pro. This screen is used and in poor to fair condition with some many visible scratches and marks.

I would say 5 out of 10 as it looks to have had above normal use. There is a cluster of marks in the upper right corner area of the screen. There also are medium to heavy marks that are in the lower portion of the screen. Some of these marks appear to be small chips of the glass. There are no cracks in this screen but there are many marks as you can see from the pictures.

Tempered glass may cover these marks so that could be an option for you. Please see all the close-up pictures of the marks so you can get an idea of the marks on the screen. There are many pictures of the top of the screen. As you can see in photo #2, the touch is working on this screen. Please take very good care when installing this screen as the touch cable can be very delicate.

If you have never done this repair in the past, it may not be a good idea. I did my best to get photos of the screen but it is very difficult to photo a screen.
